What is the cancellation & return policy?
We do not offer returns or refunds once the order is confirmed and dispatched, as we deal with cosmetic raw materials that cannot be restocked or resold. However, if your order was damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper evidence (photos or video). In such cases, we’ll review the issue and provide a suitable resolution. Cancellation requests will only be accepted before dispatch, and must be called at +91 84382 23667. For any concerns, feel free to reach out to us directly.
How can I track my order and who are your delivery partners?
We currently ship only within India. Our primary delivery partner is ST Courier for most serviceable areas. For certain pin codes, we also use Delhivery and other reliable courier services.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can use this code to track your shipment on our website or on the respective courier partner's website.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you make the payment. We strive to keep shipping rates affordable and transparent. For bulk orders, shipping charges may vary and can be confirmed upon inquiry.

Do you sell in small quantities for personal use?
Yes, we offer both retail (small quantities) and bulk supply to meet the needs of hobbyists, formulators, startups, and businesses! We provide quantities starting from 10ml and above, depending on the product. The minimum quantity varies for each product type, so please check individual listings or contact us for specific requirements.
What are your payment options?
We accept UPI, Debit Cards, and Mobile Banking. Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for online orders.
Do you offer formulation training or courses?
Yes, our partner brand Creepy’s Natural Care Academy offers professional training in natural skincare, soap, aromatherapy and haircare formulation.
