No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (raw materials for cosmetic and personal care use), we do not accept any returns or exchanges once the order is delivered.

No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the product is damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will review and replace the product if eligible.

Cancellation Policy:

After this period, or once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, if you have any concerns, you may contact us to discuss possible solutions or negotiations on a case-by-case basis.
