Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders within India using reliable courier partners (e.g., ST Courier, DTDC, and Delhivery). For bulk or B2B orders, special arrangements can be made. Please contact us directly.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.


Delivery Time

  • Within Tamil Nadu: 4–6 business days

  • Within South India: 7–12 business days

  • North side of India: 10–15 business days
    (Delivery timelines may vary due to courier constraints or festivals)


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight of your order

  • Delivery location

Note: We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you the Courier Airway Bill Number directly via WhatsApp from our official number +91 84382 23667.

You can track your shipment anytime using the Airway Bill Number on the Courier  Tracking Website.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp to monitor your order status.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, leaked, or tampered with, please:

  1. Take photos immediately.

  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at +91 84382 23667

We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or store credit.
