Iscaguard PEG is a broad-spectrum, paraben-free preservative used to protect cosmetic and personal care formulations from bacterial, yeast, and mold contamination. Ideal for use in lotions, creams, shampoos, and serums, it is effective even at low concentrations and compatible with a wide pH range.

What is the return policy?

No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (raw materials for cosmetic and personal care use), we do not accept any returns or exchanges once the order is delivered.

No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the product is damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review and replace the product if eligible.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement by contacting us at +91 84382 23667. After this period, or once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
How can I track my order and who are your delivery partners?

We currently ship only within India. Our primary delivery partners are ST Courier and DTDC for most serviceable areas. For certain pin codes, we also use Delhivery and other reliable courier services.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can use this code to track your shipment on the respective courier partner's website.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. As we are using third-party delivery partners like DTDC, ST couriers, and other delivery partners, mostly the items will be delivered between 5 to 7 working days for South India and 9 to 13 working days for North India. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking code and the delivery partner tracking website link through WhatsApp or email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery partners. If you can't find the tracking link or code, kindly contact us.

Yes, our partner brand Creepy’s Natural Care Academy offers professional training in natural skincare, soap, colour cosmetics, homecare product making, aromatherapy, and haircare formulation.
How much does shipping cost?
